The apartments were absolutely charming and had a cozy, rustic feel to them. We loved the views over the Garfagnana Valley that our apartment offered. It was breathtaking! The living/dining area was perfect for spending quality time with our friends. The sofa bed was comfortable, and we enjoyed watching satellite TV together.- The fully equipped kitchenette was a game-changer. We were able to prepare our own meals and save some money. Plus, the free Wi-Fi was a nice touch.- The private bathroom was clean and modern, and the shower had a rainfall showerhead. It felt like a little luxury after a day of exploring.
While some units had a dishwasher and oven in the kitchen, ours didn't. It would have been helpful to have these appliances, but it didn't hinder our overall experience.

The rustic decor and fully equipped kitchenette added to the charm of the apartment. The view of the Garfagnana Valley from the apartment was absolutely breathtaking. It was the perfect spot to unwind and connect with nature. The private bathroom was spotless and had all the necessary amenities, including a hairdryer. Some units even had a kitchen with a dishwasher and oven, making it convenient for those who prefer to cook their own meals. The showers in the bathrooms had rainfall showerheads, providing a refreshing and luxurious bathing experience. Each unit had its own private bathroom with a bidet and shower. Having an LED TV in the apartment was a nice touch for entertainment purposes.
Personally, I would have preferred if the apartment had a little more natural light.

As a frequent traveler, I always appreciate the convenience of staying at a hotel close to the airport. Casa Vacanze Le Muse in Sillico was the perfect choice for transit during my travel. The fact that the nearest airport was only 48 km away made my journey hassle-free and saved me valuable time. the location of the hotel in Pieve Fosciana offered a refreshing change from the bustling city, with its elevation providing a slightly cooler temperature during the hot August weather.
One minor drawback that I noticed during my stay at Casa Vacanze Le Muse was the lack of air conditioning. However, I must stress that this was not a significant issue, as the elevated position of the hotel meant that it was still bearable even during the summer heat.

The steep and winding drive up to the accommodation. It can be a bit challenging, especially for those who are not accustomed to driving on mountain roads.

The hotel's decoration and general areas were absolutely charming and reminded me of a beautiful Tuscan villa. The antique furniture, cozy fireplace, and lovely views over the Garfagnana Valley made it feel like a true home away from home. As a senior woman, I also appreciated how accessible the hotel was, with easy navigation throughout the building and comfortable seating areas to relax and enjoy the ambiance.
I would have loved to see more activities or social events specifically catered towards senior guests. It would have been nice to have the opportunity to meet and interact with other senior travelers during my stay.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a charming and impeccably restored cottage in a small medieval village high above a gorgeous river valley. the approach up the winding road was an adventure in itself, but well worth it for the breathtaking views. the cottage had a fully-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, and was incredibly clean and well-lit. the friendly host greeted us upon arrival and the breakfast, with hot eggs included, was a great start to the day. the surrounding area offered plenty of hiking and sightseeing opportunities. I highly recommend Casa Vacanze Le Muse Sillico for a peaceful and beautiful getaway. Cons: Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like! 😊.
